What is the minimum order quantity for custom caps?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 caps. This applies to all custom cap orders with screen printing, embroidery or sublimation branding.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 35 working days for 100–500 nos and 35+ working days for 500 nos and above, counted from receipt of your order confirmation email. Rush orders of 4–16 working days may be possible subject to additional cost and production space availability.

Do you deliver caps anywhere in Sri Lanka?

Yes. Finished goods can be collected from our city office at 1st Floor, 283 C Kandy Rd, 11600, Sri Lanka, or sent via doorstep delivery for 3 additional working days.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Customized pre-bulk samples are available at a non-refundable cost of LKR 5,000.00 per sample, plus an additional 7 working days on the usual production time. Samples of previous work can also be viewed at our office.

How do I confirm my cap order?

Send a confirmation email to hello@tshirts.lk approving the final design artwork version, along with a bank payslip for 100% advance payment and your finalized size breakdown (maximum 4 sizes).

Can you help design our cap artwork?

Yes. If you do not have a finalized design, our team re-develops it for you — helping you avoid cost-consuming designs and artwork that produces poor quality or less durable products.

caps.lk would never promise the "lowest price" in town. And here's why — our promise:

• Convenience — production-specific recommendations for reduced cost & improved quality, right from the design development stage until product completion
• High quality durable product — no B-grade fabric, ink, stitching or embroidery; you will not buy a cap today and throw it away tomorrow
• Continuous availability in material for repeat orders — no stock-lot leftover fabric, just mill fabric

Our product development cost & effort is probably the highest in town. As a result caps.lk pricing could probably be the highest. A little additional investment in a durable product and a reliable service would always offer you nothing but the right value for your money.

Design

Great if you do not have a finalized design — so that we can help you avoid cost-consuming designs, time-consuming designs, and designs that cause poor quality, less durable products. Basically, we re-develop the design for you to get the best outcome.

Production disclaimers

• Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor, as different monitors could contain different colour settings.
• Actual artwork proportions and layout may vary from computer aided prototypes, depending on different cap sizes & production related considerations.
• Availability of a particular “standard colour” for fabric/accessories is subject to order placement timeline.
• Different batches of fabric/accessories representing the “same” standard colour could contain colour variations within industry-accepted tolerance levels.
• Branding on the completed cap will match actual branding only up to the level each artwork supports print/embroidery parameters. No 100% matching in colour/shape/shade/clarity is guaranteed. If you are particular about the outcome of branding, it is strongly advised to do a pre-sample (1 no) at a prepaid non-refundable amount of LKR 5,000.00 with an additional 7 working days on top of the bulk production timeline.
• No further changes are allowed after sending the order confirmation email. Bulk production will commence after receiving the order confirmation email and the same cannot be reversed once commenced.

3. Finalized size breakdown as per the caps.lk size chart in a maximum of 4 different sizes (LKR 5,000.00 additional cost for each additional size)
